I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can talk about the issues causing distress and together we will find ways to help you cope better. To help make it a bit easier, I offer a free 20-minute video/telephone consultation so that we can have an informal chat about what you need. We can find out if we are a good fit, discuss what it is you think you need and how I may be able to help you get there.
